When you have a versatile traveling photographer team who can adapt to any situation—even if your photos include people, things, or problem areas that aren’t part of your vision—don’t worry. Makeup, getting dressed, candid moments and more. Preparation visuals set the tone for the entire experience, and we use them to help complete your wedding story.
Detail shots are very important for preservation of moments and memories. This includes the rings, shoes, dress, decor and many other important items.
Moments such as entrances, first kiss, vows, crowd reactions and much more will be documented. We will provide various angles and perspectives of the ceremony.
Post-ceremony, portrait shots of the couple, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and immediate family will be taken. This is our time to take you both for a private moment.
The Reception is your time to celebrate and unwind. It’s your day, and you deserve to enjoy every second of it. Don’t stress about the details. We’ve got you covered.
3 Hours with unlimited outfit changes—even though 2-3 outfits is recommended to use the time efficiently. You will receive approximately 50-60 edited images, give or take.
You can add additional coverage to your wedding day either before the ceremony during prep, or after the ceremony for $100 per hour of coverage.
An additional shooter is recommended for (1) weddings with photo and video coverage, and (2) weddings with over 200 guests: Starting at $500 depending on which associate you choose. Examples provided as necessary.

We require flight and hotel coverage for our lead shooter and second shooter, as well as hotel (minimum 2 nights) and prearranged transportation (preferably Uber or Lyft) from the hotel to the wedding party.
Absolutely! You are welcome to choose how you want to use your wedding coverage. Decide whether you want to use both shooters for photography, or have us cover both photo and video responsibilities.
Yes. You are welcome to pair us with another creative of your choosing, or opt for just photo or just video services.
This varies by the scope wedding, but on average about 300-500 photos.
Absolutely. We understand things change during the wedding planning process. Just be sure to make those requests within 60 days of your wedding date.

Engagement Session: 10-15 business days.
Weddings: 30 business days.
Includes 100 of your favorite Images, ranging from 30-40 pages on average. The page-count is flexible and can be altered to fit your vision.
Upon signature of the contract, a non-refundable retainer of 25% will be due to secure your special day. The remaining balance of 75% is due 30 calendar days prior to the wedding date. If a custom rate is negotiated, payment terms and other details within the agreement may also be subject to change.
